This policy describes how Shorelite Yoga LLC ("Shorelite Yoga", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company based in Sarasota, Florida, handles information on shoreliteyoga.com. Right now this website is a pre-opening announcement page for a yoga studio in development, and this policy reflects exactly what the site does today. When the studio opens and we add things like class booking, we will update this policy.
What we collect
- Email address. If you join our opening list, we store the email you submit, along with the date and time.
- Technical information. When you sign up, we also record your IP address, browser type, and the page you came from. This helps us prevent abuse and understand where signups come from.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies (such as _fbp) and reports to Meta that you visited the site and, if you join the list, that a signup happened. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set operational cookies and keeps standard server logs. Our fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font loads.
How we use it
- To send you news about our opening, founding memberships, and classes.
- To measure how well our website and advertising perform, using Meta's tools.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with anyone except the service providers below.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores our signup list.
- Meta Platforms receives pixel events (a site visit, a signup) for advertising measurement. Meta's use of this data is described in its own privacy policy.
- Google delivers the fonts used on this site.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Email. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to us at any time and we will remove you from the list.
- Advertising cookies. You can adjust how Meta uses your data in your Facebook ad preferences, opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works fine with cookies blocked.
- Access and deletion. Email us and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.
Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
Retention
We keep signup information until it has served its purpose or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the signup list is stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
